BAE SYSTEMS is an international company engaged in the development, delivery and support of advanced defence and aerospace systems in the air, on land, at sea and in space. The objective of reducing close durations for internal and external statutory reporting required re-engineering the mechanism for collecting financial data from its global spread of business units for consolidation by its central finance function.
